Swings and roundabouts, would imagine the muck trucks are faster but carry less but then can't tip into a skip or stockpile high without a ramp.
I try to use half sheets of ply for where the turns are saves churning everything up plus helps the JCB with turning
This week I'll be plodding along with with 2 diggers and a tracked dumper, the other tracked dumper is there but got no one to use it, plus as it would be an agency lad, so they just moan and then crash or are just too slow to the point may as well be there on my own. Had an agency guy but would still have to walk one of the dumpers half way to the tipping point and bring back the empty one.
It may seem odd or pointless but I've got the 3t outside loading and the micro where it's been tipped to level out. Saves moving the micro in and out constantly as need to put the tracks in and out each time or having to spread everything by shovel.
Lads with barrows could be faster but getting them is a pain plus if your loading into skips brings issues with ramps
