Well discussed on here. MuckTrucks(or whatever variant you have) are a great gateway tool.... but I would rather spend a day on a high tip track barrow than a mucktruck any day. Safer as well.

Or if you're on your own it's half as many times getting on and off the digger compared to 1 muck truck.
Or 1 muck truck being loaded while 1 is being emptied if you have a helper. 👍
How many of us entertain that? Genuine question?

Literally why would you have yourself, a digger a track barrow and a muck truck running?
It's been very rare that I'd have muck truck and tracked dumper with just me, but when there's someone operating the dumper, if the muck truck was there why not be filling that while they're tipping the dumper ? Less waiting time for 2 people.
If I had 2 muck trucks, no tracked dumper and they were both on site/room on the trailer to get them there I'd definitely be using them both even if I was on my own.

The muck truck looks to me like it would carry one 1-2 buckets of a micro. My choice would be a good tracked barrow and drive the digger and dumper yourself.
The other day I was getting 3x 2ft buckets full in my muck truck. It was aprox a 15mtere steight run, but did involve a narrow opening.

We got out around an 8w grab load out in the day.

Then last Friday we had 2 lads on barrows doing a 40m length decreasing to 30m as I dug and we had 2x 6wheel grabs out.

As with everything, it works for some job/situations but not others.

can imagine the muck truck takes some wrangling, compared to a barrow
