I know you didn't rate the 027- I was desperately hoping the 030 might be a cut above itDon’t do it Matthew![]()

I agree with your mate. What do you reckon to the 030 Kub Rory ?
Did you spend any time on it - my mate doesn't seem overly impressed, it replaced a kx71 which he liked.
Regarding my mates ...I haven't spent any time on it but apparently it's not at all smooth on the levers - he said it will dig well but lacks the precision of his old kx71-3 for grading etc.I'd like to try one as a potential replacement for the E27 one day. Sad to hear they don't sound as good in the flesh as on paper.
What did you like and dislike about it?
This is a real shame to hear- perhaps it's just me but new machines seem to be going down hill. Mate has a brand new 8 ton doosan- not a bad machine but can be an arse to grade with- juddery hydraulics. The new Takeuchis don't seem to be a patch on their predecessors from my experience. And sounds like Kubota is the same.Regarding my mates ...I haven't spent any time on it but apparently it's not at all smooth on the levers - he said it will dig well but lacks the precision of his old kx71-3 for grading etc.
Think he said he had them out to it and they said it was finefwiw
