as far as I am aware 7.5s are max 12t GTW ... truck's axles'd be too small to go another 6 tonne :oops:
Plates says 7500kg gvw
And GTW 18000kg
Plates are legit as I’ve took the lorry’s for PSV all legal
they arnt downrated 12 tonners either only 6 stud axle
And have been stopped in them towing bobcat skid steer with planer and brush bucket on the lorry along with a fuel bowser weight 100 percent sent on my way.
Plus In reality the nose weight on the hitch is only 1000kg so not adding much to the lorry, axles on the trailer are 4000kg each and 1000kg on nose.. so axles on the lorry are not over at all.

????? that'd put 10.5t behind a 7.5  ..... and on 6 studs :unsure:😕 .... if they've got the guts, they sound an ideal tug :giggle:

MAN go all the way to 12t on 6 stud axles.
There is a contracting company I've seen that run a similar setup to big Jordy and essentially have the lorry as an over sized van carrying tools then all plant goes on the trailer.
Would be far more manoeuverable than a rigid set up to do the same job and a lot lower.

Yea I think they are 220bhp and 6 speed Box they are really nimble in round the city and the wee streets will take it places the van and trailer won’t go serious lock on the steering. They are definitely 7.5tonners.. I didn’t believe it till I read the plate.. only problem is sometimes they struggle a wee bit getting grip, can only take 2,5 Ton on the lorry though 😂.

Can’t image reversing a fully loaded tri axle around tight corners is fun on the clutch..

I just squeeze my 3t dumper on a gx126, it won’t fall off in a hurry! Nice trailer but they are wide, It is what it is though, if you’ve got the kit you need the right trailer for it !
What clutch!! Not a problem with the auto box in the old disco!!

You need CE then as the real GTW is over 12000kg.

That'll be the same fella that tells everyone how much less bother he has with tyres on a tri axle rather than a tandem 😆

That’s a fair load!! Got to be 4-1/2 ton given they won’t be dry this time of year…?!

Good Afternoon Giles,

We have a GX126 Tri in stock that we could add LED lights too but that trailer comes on 155/70R12c wheels and tyres which we cannot change.
This trailer will be £4930.00 plus vat.

Kind Regards

Asked today for price but on the 13” saravo tyres

been out today with big Bateson tight rural spot taking track dumper, switched to little ifor as can leave it with less worry about it going walk about and turn it Rd in tight yard.
