How's the snow up there? I had Friday off for a school careers day which got cancelled, so amused myself helping out locally picking up some prescriptions and checking up on Helen's luncheon club members

.... we had about 4" ... enough to be a PITA
..... cleared around the house, as I can't stand trudging about in it and enough to have clean feet getting in/out of vehicles

was anticipating having to go get Clara for a few hours today, so made sure all the 'nasty' bits -

and the downhill run into the house, which has a bit of a camber .... in the wrong direction
still 3" sat on the drive .... and can stay there 'til it rains tomorrow evening - I hope, if they're right ... pushed enough white shite about for now.
was, as you say, very pretty .... from the warmth of the house
as said elsewhere .... this lot were back and weren't so impressed with the scenery
let's hope that's the lot for now...... thank God we ain't had what the yanks have had, or the snow shovel'd have given way to me 7ft bucket and blade
