Yeah I had JCB for 15 years and laterly had some issues with them that sent me the way of Kubota .... just when I think I might look again I hear things like the cock up Brendan had with his new 8026

Im not a big Kubota fan (even though i have 3 at the moment) but you just don't seem to hear about people having much aggro from them.
To be fair in the 25 ish hours I've done with it, it has been good it's warm in the cab and the seat don't back quite far enough but the issues are just little things. The burst hose was just unfortunate the hitch is small and the routing not great, although like the other issues PDI should have picked it up.
If the bolt for the dipper to tipping link had been the other way round it might not have went but as it hitting the hitch it was a matter of time as the hose would slide out, which couldn't see as it was on the blind side of the hitch.
Other bits are just stupid little bits...
Belly pan not fitted correctly requiring 2 holes expanding 5mm or so on the plate and two welded nuts tapping which was not missed at the factory but PDI too
Hopefully the hydraulic oil on the trailer was just from where the quick hitch was fitted, but who ever fitted the hitch didn't top the oil up
PDI also missed there being around a third of engine oil on the dipstick and the oil cap is in a stupid location so had to use a small funnel and the cap off a tin of spare, which I also nearly lost the oil cap which fell behind the engine but luckily just reachable
It lost a bolt from boom to dipper ram so added locking nuts
Blade lever top also came off in my hand but put it back on again
