If there’s an alternative route wtf did six-toes go to the trouble of convertible-ising his digger then?!

There where three alternatives.....

1) sprag up over the bank..... But trees have TPOs and some mental locals
2) drive up the ramp beside the low bridge and chance driving across (my preferred option)

Client was given those choices, but not keen on either.

3) track down a SWW lane, tight 90' turn and then about 2 miles down road which I ruled out on trackwear and again locals getting upset.

the alternate route to the other side of said bridge here is not great

How much did you figure in for the ballache of taking cab off ?
To be hoped hes not a repeat customer

£60 to take cab off, be about £150 to refit. Can do it in just over a hour

Not be too bad on 175 there won't be anything important attached to it?
If yours hasn't had rad changed while cab is off turn the hose clips round so you can get at them from under the bonnet. They were facing the cab and buried in the insulation in mine utter ball ache.

There is a solid panel. Part of ze bodywork. Cab off does'nt help that.

4 Bolts, A ECU and a Capacitor bank have to be unbolted..... then lift off.... Job's value is about 8k once finished. So well worth doing

Ahh yeah i thought there maybe was after i posted that. Bonnet off and then that panel then, or persist blind in among the insulation like i did
