what's the engine in the trailer out of Rory? fair lumpAnother job done....
Eagle Diesel..... No idea.... It was cheap and I think it's the perfect rally exhibit to sit alongside stationary engines with it powering a 12v dynamo and a lightbulb?what's the engine in the trailer out of Rory? fair lump

I timed myself two days ago with your words ringing in my head. Three seconds to pick up the impact wrench and loosen the hitch, and that includes being gentle and letting off as you reach the end of the thread. I’d like to see anyone put a semi hitch pin in any quicker and with similar effort! No they are s**t, slow, irritating and pointless.
If I want to spend a week of my life changing buckets I'll just carry a hammer and drift, infact I can do it quicker than it takes for a bloody wudge lock. otherwise spring hitch or fully hydraulic. Semi Q/H will do the job plenty well enough.

I love my tight buckets. I don’t expect us to agree on everything, but I’m so pleased you’ve seen the light and got a tilt hitch at last!

It’s a good hitch, but crike me an 1/8th of a turn on the aux pedal limiter screws/ or change in revseemed to make all the difference between its snapping round or being cohesive to use.Another job done....
bang a restricted adaptor in the line ... that'll slow down the flowIt’s a good hitch, but crike me an 1/8th of a turn on the aux pedal limiter screws/ or change in revseemed to make all the difference between its snapping round or being cohesive to use.
Have you added something to calm it down or do you just fiddle with the screws until it’s just right.
I used to try and tilt at the same time as other operations and that worked to smooth it out a bit.
Rory’s audition for strictly come dancing pending ...Learn to use your foot steady like.![]()
I tried putting flow restrictors in the line. But didn’t really work as the pump was just straining trying to push the fluid though a restriction. I used to set the limiters on the pedal which would work ok with a bit of adjusting to get it right- but a bit of a fiddle really. Proportional thumb controls would have been lovely.bang a restricted adaptor in the line ... that'll slow down the flow
