It’s still not wide enough to be a 20tonner, imo, but that’s just my opinion.
It does however prove one thing, it’s very hard to tell exactly what the machine is, let alone any other details. And as dodgy as it looks, it may be within the law. If you agree with the law or not is irrelevant, you can’t say for sure he’s illegal.

The fact that it’s a Merlo may make it impossible for it to be legal, I don’t know enough about them to even tell what model it is, let alone know if that machine is legally capable or not.

my js130 hd on js160 under carriage doesnt over hang that much on low loader on 800mm pads

Looks like a Herbst tri-axle. If it’s the 33t gross version that weighs 6.5t according to their website. Minus that from agri trailer weight limit leaves 11.7t load. If it’s the 27t gross version it leaves 13.3t load.

Been to his yard in Stockport several years ago and met him, when I went to look at a machine he was selling - Hymac 121 .... has grown a bit since then, but was into heavy loads even in 2012 ......... IIRC, his name was Nick

Nick had a bad stroke,

his son John is the heavy side, Sami does drive some tricks but more office side but does race minis pretty cool
