The 220X? f****ng awesome.What's she like?
fair enough ...... just a hell of a boom to go pulling that sort of manoeuvre with .......... not easy to pull that sort of thing off smoothly .... looks a fair climb .. short but steep and cresting'd be interesting if you weren't on yer gameHow else am I going to get on top of the pile?
Mates after a 10 - 13t atm. Looked at JS130 and Hyundai. Plus had tachi 130 lcn on loan for a bit.The 220X? f****ng awesome.
I've driven it on and off for three years now.... (Not everything makes it on here for obvious reasons). Currently there is a issue due to the horrific quality of paint finish. On some parts..... BUT it's covered by JCB's warranty which is outstanding..... Or should be, I will keep you updated.
Performance wise it's one of the best machines of that class I have driven. Quite frugal too and very very comfortable..... and whilst i've not yet figured out how to directly get netflix on the main screen the bluetooth and sound system is awesome.
I'd honestly recommend JCB to anyone provided you get a suitable warranty on it. Cracking machines.... paint is there hurdle.
And yes they climb like f**k..... And If you know what your up to on a longreach you can throw it in worse places than a standard machine.
JS series can do one.... Utter dogshit.Mates after a 10 - 13t atm. Looked at JS130 and Hyundai. Plus had tachi 130 lcn on loan for a bit.
Thanks for the feedback. But it's NOT a buyer's market

Mine isn’t a Sumitomo, not that I know of. It’s been a great machine and is a pleasure to operate. You should try it one day....Na, any end series JS machines want leaving where they are...... Early Sumomotowhatever derived units are sound as you have.
But having tried two 13t class JS machines and a JS220 I know my feelings on em.

131 is the low hp hire special. Only drove on briefly, there might have been something wrong with it, it was so bad.Couldn’t of put it better.
Recently hired a js131s to cover my case cx 130 while doing the pumps.
What a piece of 5hit
IMO
Do they build all the electrical faults into them on purpose for the hire fleets ?131 is the low hp hire special. Only drove on briefly, there might have been something wrong with it, it was so bad.
A JS130 should be way ahead of a 131. But I suppose they have their place and will do a job?
I think it is a sumitomo.2006
