Mastiff was 50-60% of market valueI'd just pull the hard drive out your old machine and plug it inside the new one to transfer the files internal bus speeds are far faster than any usb/network options. It's all plug and play inside a pc if the plug fits it'll work.

whole new desk top acquired Boyo .... courtesy of some help from @Cyberprog as to what .... now on W10 ... can't say I like it a lot, but fast ... I swear the thing knows when i walk in the room ..... boots up from sleep, 'fore I even sit down
.... synching the pair has been some task, but now have most of my stuff on both .... and all my files were on a stand alone too so can always get at stuff via that ..... biggest issue is email ..... all saved stuff just doesn't open in W10 .. so 'old faithful will still be my primary access for mail ... hate web mail with a vengeance ...... anyone ( @Rivmedia ) have any suggestions for HTF I could get Outlook Express onto the new W10 machine?
got all my various addresses all feeding one main identity .... only have to view one inbox to get everything .. took me some setting up, but sorted.
