Have you ever opened the bleeder on top of your hydraulic pump? Mine was a little noisy sounding, boom up felt jerky and the slew was a little sloppy. The bleeder plug is a 6mm and a pain in the a to get to, BUT bleeding some out made the boom easy to use smoothly like other controls and tightened up slew stop!

Never heard of this .... has anyone else ? Been on my U17-3A today and it could do with a bit of slew brake drag ...at rest it easily wags between teeth and i picked up a stone (big lump for a 1.7t mind) and was on a cross slope and it wilted it downhill 🤔

Looking good. Very interested to hear how she stacks up against the veteran Hitatchi. Heck of a lot more metal in the Hitatchi boom!

Cheers lads 👍 happy with it so far, seems to be a well thought out and well built machine, time will tell.

@CPS still have the hitachi, need it for a few days and then will advertise it

I get this but not sure how it would stop the sloppy slew. Surely that’s a mechanical thing... I mean from new my tb216 had more sideways movement in the slew than my TB125 with 3000hrs on...

Slew brake seems like it has no drag as you come to a stop .... could this improve that ? but im no mechanic unfortunately .
And ditto my u17 600hrs has more slop versus my kx71 3800hrs
Whats going on 🤷‍♂️

Was lovely to get buy it and get it in the same week, basically would have been April before any other brands were available
The stars aligned- love it when things click into place like that. I’ve never tried a Wacker but was always under the impression they are good machines and quite innovative. I tried to buy one instead of my tb216 but it was £5k more, in hindsight..! Hope it serves you well.

Thank you, yea everything just seemed to work out well and salesman and dealer couldnt of been more helpful
Has made us consider our next machinery purchases in the future differently, plan had been to upgrade the ex60 to a zx70 or case cx75c etc may still happen but will be giving the wacker ET90 etc serious consideration now (if all goes well with the ez26)
