12v tyre pump

Tried to move some of the stuff that doesn’t move much in our yard on Thursday morning and cold had got to a lot of batteries, tried to use my dads gb70 wouldn’t jump anything so bought this big boy. It’s heavy and old style but fitter who came rated his one. 12/24v

is it 'portable' as in doesn't need a 240v source to jump off, or is it a conventional transformer based booster charger ..... my old SIP 12/24v booster / charger pack, on wheels'll start most things .... but does need a GOOD supply for full chat - like 32A .... was OK in work, just used to plug it into a 32A - 5 pin socket ... and have an adapter to plug into 13A for charging with ...

It’s a booster pack not booster charger so no wire needed just charge it up and go

As mog said booster pack, only thing it’s mains charge so will top it up at weekends I guess or get inverter

looks a very good unit to have sat .... not a bad price either at 180 quid ... heavy but then has a 'proper' battery pack in it, which presumably has some form of inverter tech in it to get it up to 3000/1500A

Its the same as my SIP one, just a different name on it, great tool, mine is still working after about 12 years! don't hold the charge as long as it did but still works, actually think i might buy another one soon.

My gb150 finally arrived this week, after about 6 weeks from order
Thing is massive compared to the old one, not had a chance to use it yet.
My gb70 was failing miserably so hopefully the 150 will last more than a year

I got myself the biggest katsu and it worked well.... While it worked used twice on duck tyres to top them up then wnt to blow up the push rod and it was dead opened it up and found a 40a relay that had melted itself 50a fuse in the line so not the best. I've returned it for a refund but I need something else I'm thinking the tmax unless someone has something to say about it

85 really but 60 would be enough to see the shift out and bring the big compressor the next day I've just seen that the dewalt will run on 12v too my biggest concern was that I'd have no charged batterys when I had a flat

The small deWalt is better than the Milwaukee and the DeWalt 18v batteries hold charge for quite a while. Although the tmaxx can just be hooked up the 18v battery so I suppose it's swings and roundabouts

2nd that, pondering trying my tmaxx off the noco thingy...

I melted the fuse on my £40 katsoup pump. The air filters and base plate have fallen off but it still pumps up the disco tyres.
Chinese engineering at its finest.

Not sure how the noco would fair running a pump, they barely manage to do a few jump starts of small enigines

I wouldn't trust those modern jump packs as a power pack to run something. The machine mart one I bought was blatantly claiming it had way more battery capacity than it actually had.
