Dont like the lack of boom swing to the left
Yeah real shame in my opion- ruins what would be almost the perfect machine in my eyes. It does go a bit to the left but only 45degrees instead of the usual 80-90.

Initially, but realised that we wont be doing heavy work with it the way the 30 had been doing so it wont matter too much. Alot of work the 30 initially done was for farmers, Scott 3ft digging bucket and 5ft Sheugh bucket, flat to the mat as hard as she could go. Nowadays its all easy stuff it does, Foundations, Landscaping, sceptic tanks, indoor slurry tanks etc nothing hard, have the 60 for all the bigger harder stuff.

Compared to some prices I’ve had, some of the above seem outrageously expensive.last price I had for a u27 last summer time was below £25k

The reason some won't be keen to quote without hitch and buckets is that it would make them look v expensive when they only knock 1k or less off. Manufacturers pay absolute peanuts for hitches and buckets for new machines (especially if the hitch and bucket Manufacturer are part of the same company).

Defo go and have a look at the Wacker EZ26, put this grab on one a few weeks back, great machine. And Derek and Dermot will look after you well, they are two great guys.
On another note seeing as you priced with no bucket or hitch, your EX30 hitch and buckets will fit straight on.
I had the older EZ28 (same machine) I liked it, strong and smooth with plenty of power, it was a little light on the back compared to a Kubota KX, but it was zero tail with a Rototilt on it and a grading bucket which ended up on a 5 tonner 😁

Its definitely the main contender at the minute. Are they 40mm pins like the ex30?

I honestly believe this to be the case in my experience.
Gutted with the TB216 compared with my old tb016
🤷
Have you ever opened the bleeder on top of your hydraulic pump? Mine was a little noisy sounding, boom up felt jerky and the slew was a little sloppy. The bleeder plug is a 6mm and a pain in the a to get to, BUT bleeding some out made the boom easy to use smoothly like other controls and tightened up slew stop! I see the tb216 get dogged on a lot here. Don't really understand it cause I demoed all the compitition but yanmar(no dealer nearby) and it won out. Other things were fancier and had more options, but performance wise it was 216 all the way.

I *might* have seen some air come but if so it was miniscule. Also I took off the body panel over the hydraulic sight glass to see what I was doing. Bleeding made a world of difference.

Been to view the Wacker EZ26, cracking wee digger. Really smooth hydraulics and feels like a digger with power. Cab is spacious too for a ZTS digger. Has hydraulic hitch which suits ex30 buckets, just as @CPS said. Haven't been to any others but wacker is main contender atm as it is in stock ready to go
