Have gone bust. Useless *****. No idea what’s going to happen now!
Shouldn't matter as long as ur diggers don't break down. Someone will take it on or possibly has already. And bobcat will still want their share off ya.

Try tve in Oxford.
Spoke to a bloke there, very helpful. Knew all about the problems I've had and had seen them all before. Actually seemed to know one end of a spanner from another! He's going to call back tomorrow with regards to finishing outstanding warranty work.

He also told me that Bobcat had removed the dealership from Bobcat of London- some sort of falling out by the sounds of it.

Wish I'd bought the machines from TVE, they sound like they deserve the business unlike those other shysters. I thought I'd be loyal to my nearest dealer, fat lot of good that was.

Bobcat of London was far far better than my local bobcat dealer and I'm 3 hours away from them.

TVE have been good to me so far. They have sent someone over to the island twice for warranty work on the e10 . The dozer blade was lifting when expanding the tracks, it still does it a bit if you force it but I apparently have a new diverter valve and switch.

Mine is doing something similar to this and it's annoying as hell, tracks pumped in go in to a small gap and move the blade and the stupid tracks pump out. If you move the blade up a small amount it's not too bad, if you make the mistake of lifting it all the way up it will start pumping them out

Most micros do this, its a crap design.

There can be a lot go on behind the scenes between a dealer and manufacturer mind. Warranty work as an example seen as its been mentioned isn't necessarily as straight forward as you might think.

There has been a lot of swapping and changing about locally with ag dealers in last few years, the case/international dealer is now massey Ferguson, our local John Deere seller of a very long time has dropped John Deere and now selling kubota 😳. the agri jcb dealer has been bought by Scot jcb. It must be the whole of Scotland now covered by Scot JCB. Basically no competition for anyone.

There was an article in one of the farm rags about the whole john deere dealer thing and they seem to be making a bit of a hash of it
John deere have put a minimum sales condition on there dealers forcing a lot of of smaller ones out of the game

American companies seem to have a strange take on dealerships. Seems the same with cat
