I'm just doing the leaver pulling but it looks like spaghetti in there atm I'll grab some photos of the pipes down on Monday the slabs 180mm the reasoning for the tight tolerance is that they want to drill racking into the slab and the main contractor is worried about liability if they drill a pipe

That might still be 40mm too long!!wanna make sure they don't allow anyone on site with a drill longer than 140mm

Yes the pipes are on top of the mesh
there supposed to be fitting 75mm sleeve anchors

But seriously underfloor htg in a warehouse with racking? How much kingspan under that lot?
Turn it on then use a flir ir camera before they drill.

We had a jobbie in a new building in invergordon 2 winters ago, they had underfloor heating running off air source heat pumps, was set at 14degrees 
was only allowed 70mm depth into slab. Was shitting it with every hole we drilled.
Pipes were 120 down but you never know when pouring concrete if a plastic pipe could lift 50mm during the pour no problem.

Horrible feeling innit? Like defusing a bomb.
Saw a clever heat reactive plastic sheet once for electric cable type.you laid it out and in changed colour with heat so you could see the wires clear as anything. Weather it work with pipes I often wondered. Very handy.

It'll be very nice massive concrete yard outside too though I don't think I'd want to have to find the money to pay for it

Right I've moved onto a little job 48m of perforated drain for a designed soakaway for the barn conversions my dad's just started sorted the leaves for all the drainage all finished and the old farmyard scraped down to decent stone for working off in 3 days with just me and the duck
