Lefties wetting themselves this morning...
Iran chuffed pink and immigrants are heading northwards once again.
Bravo. Good luck
Trouble is, iran has trump by the balls. The only way there will be a regime change in iran is with US boots on the ground and Trump is not prepared to do that.
There seems to be no evidence Trump has achieved anything positive for the US, iran or the rest of the world.
Trump has however taught the iranians how to hold the world hostage.

Hmmmm. Bit like Vietnam...will we ever know the outcome of doing nothing? Easy to sit and say what we can see...what we can't see is the proven steady funding of terrorism and spread of jihadist crap worldwide.
My own opinion is it was the right thing to do and won't have been done lightly make of that what you will....we live in a cosy bubble in the UK these days with a very false sense of security kidding ourselves Iran et all would never do us any harm...

Another 911 might wake folk up.

True, but has it made any significant difference? (and if it has, how long will it last?).
Without a regime change, I can't see any long term difference.

How do you get from - what ever it is we have now - to world peace?

You can't ...but you can at least stop or slow down nutjobs from building nukes or reduce the number of them willing to scatter their offal across parliament square.

I've come up with an idea for a new video game - VR Jihad
It should be available on all the popular platforms, uses a standard controller and comes with one suicide vest.
The game play is that you put on the vest and the VR goggles. You can choose the location: market place, public square, school, train, political leader etc of your choice.

You get to run in, shout either your own or a prepared manifest, then blow yourself up, all in the privacy of your own bedroom.

I'm hoping it will be a big seller.

(if your high score is more than 1, you are not doing it right)

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
and as for this bollaux ......:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

" The temporary home needed to clear MPs out of the Palace of Westminster will not be ready until 2034 at the earliest. The original full move-out target was 2032.

Now the Public Accounts Committee has warned that every year spent delaying a decision adds up to £420m to the programme’s potential lifetime bill.

MPs and peers are expected to vote by the end of 2026 on a £3bn opening works package and narrowing the restoration options to two. The final delivery route will be chosen in 2030. ":oops::oops::oops:

its so true. I've spent a couple of days surveying fire doors it's such bollocks. I almost feel bad taking money for it. The job needs doing but they'd be better if trusting an honest contractor and saying do what needs doing. Watched a cool documentary the other night on YouTube. Bbc archive about self building in 1970s before health and safety and breauracracy took over.

If you watched trump in the run up to 24 election he said he wouldn't always do what was popular he'd do what he thought was right. He said it on one of the Joe rogan interviews I remember it. Obviously he is privvy to certain intelligence and has took action. We will find out rightly or wrongly in a few decades. Frankly we could do with more leaders taking unpopular decisions for the good of their countries. Britain and welfare comes to mind.
