Whilst im glad the muppet has ruled out a general election. I think we are in for a bumpy winter ride. Thing is how long can they keep living off other people's money until people are pushed to the point of saying enough is enough.

I genuinely fear what further damage will be achieved under his tenure.

Me too , but I can’t understand how he’s not coming under as much political pressure as the granny harmer , why are the critics cutting him so much slack ? He’s now headed off to Germany , feeling important on the world stage .

Don’t be so sure we won’t see him going to the soon. My money is on a “don’t do much budget” then a run to the country. Inflation, electric, interest rate all heading up and going to cause a squeeze they can’t get out of. My guess would be an election before next spring before the Burnham bounce is over.

I know it's easy to be racist, but I mean where is her allegiances is going to be?.

I spent a bit of time down in town yesterday. Honestly, there's several square miles where I genuinely wondered where I was. I've lived there all my life. I know there's always been ghettos but honestly I used to work down there 20 years ago. It's now unrecognisable.
And now we've got a super mosque Just been started. The steel is up. Must be about five or six stories on top of a hill right next to the m55. Basically a statement saying we can do what we like.
I'm really struggling just to crack on with life and ignore it at the moment..

What annoys me is the whole local elections and the candidates have in there posters and banners flying the flag....your going for a local council...you have and will have zero influence in foreign policy unless you call Rochdale council dealing with Oldham or bury council as foreign policy

There is a reason Burnham is defending everything, the biggest one being, there is no way the Mayor of Manchester didn't know about any of the dodgy dealings that were going off surrounding this whole thing and the UAE money being poured into the area, and who was the mayor of Manchester....
