Been in solid gear Boas since 2019. Only thing they don’t like is concrete. Would not choose to ever have laces again.Nope they are surprisingly good .BOAs

I was sceptical but prefer em to laces now.even if they look retarded I don't care
I tried a pair, I didn't hope out much hope, but they've worked out OK, the plastic coating came off the wires and I expected them to fail or jam up, but they carried on working, the soles are down to the canvas now, so will last the life of the boots fine.i need to check em out by the sound of it
Felt a bit heavy at 1st and a little sloppy. But feet are used to them and definitely enjoying the what seems bigger toe box and the waterproofing
