Nowhere near as hot as it has been, and quite shady so it's not been as bad as I expected
Although these beams are about on my limit I'd probably rather carry one on my shoulder comfortably than have an end of it and have to grip it.
The good thing about working on your own is that you can alternate between jobs on site to an extent so you don't end up having to do all the hard digging/carrying etc in one go
