and the rest don't??
Theyre all the same imo. Like the pigs from Animal farm whether left or right. They all present themselves at whatever angle they think will attract their electorate but when it comes down to it they're all playing the same game, human nature I suppose. I wouldn't particularly trust Farage anymore than the rest tbh despite liking the things he talks of

True but farage seems almost Clarkson esk in the way he does it. Like watching reality TV and you can't decide which bits are scripted and which bits aren't. Except it's not farage writing the script and the producers are using him as the punchline
Fully agree.

Rupert Lowe is the Farage alternative for me.

It's certainly not bad for him.
He has already said he will boycott THIS by-election, but expects to run a candidate in the next by-election which he thinks will be soon. No idea how well they will do. He has some utterly unachievable suggestions (death penalty etc) and many other intolerable views, but still prefer him to Nigel, who is just a prick and mainly out for himself. I think Rupert may actually have a less self serving approach to leadership. But its easy to say what you actually think when you are fringe.. The closer power comes, the more you have to moderate your mouth. Unless you are Trump in a 2 party state.

I hope he doesn't moderate as it will only get thrown back at him if he does

He will have to unless he plans to remain a fringe protest movement forever.
And that's the reality of it. You have to tone yourself down and tow the line enough not to totally scare off enough of your electorate which is I suppose why most parties in power the last 25 years are really only ever just slightly one side of central. same thing different colours.
