@Regy53 does it have a MPG…? Or just refill as you go 😂
I’d deffo have one over in the the states… here maybe not.. our lanes are silly - verges all need digging back to what they were in the 90’s!
I considered 1 when I bought the ranger but decided because of your points

Thats got me thinking. What petrol car has the best mpg and towing capacity and cheapest tax for under £10,000?
My little hyundai getz is, tax £345, 30mpg and tow 900kg
why such a high VED??
's a damned good question though

Probably because its old and auto. It has shown me that small crappy cars cost literally half as much to run. If i could save on the tax ,that would be another bonus.

before I bought the P38 I ran old RRs for years, SD-V8s , which you could buy for peanuts (and enjoy driving), which towed like trains and before that ... cheap heaps - vehicles that you just didn't care about - mobile tool boxes - get in in overalls jobs and always had to have a towbar :giggle: :giggle: there was none of the train weight crap then and'd tow anything behind anything :giggle::giggle::oops::oops: .... as I've said many times before .. bitterly regret selling my historic RRs and my last Vitesse .. easily maintained, solid motors, you could fix anywhere with a bag of spanners and fun to drive

I had a range rover classic probably around 20 years ago  ,how time flies. It was a nice old thing but handled so badly. It would be interesting to know what was wrong with it as its similar to the disco 2 i have now.

I remember it felt like the chassis and body were not connected very well and was quite scary at speed.
The daihatsu terios looks interesting. looks like it tows more than the suzuki and 30mpg.

what a fugly looking tin box :oops:
30mpg would have to double to get me sat in it :ROFLMAO:
V8 SD1s'd do 28mpg (31 on a light toe-ed run) and tow anything you put behind them :giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle:

What does it tow? I’m getting about 35 out of the Jimny, not towing obviously but if the jobs any further away I take to Toyota.
