similar thing got posted for the A465 Heads of the Valleys road on a local FB page today ... with the same pic and two captions ten years apart ... thought it was hilarious ..... Lister spent God knows how many months on one tiny section spreading and layering over half a million tonnes of sub. .... peeped him every time i went by
