I borrowed a v6 auto d40 years ago to take a stripped car shell to scrapyard on my trailer. Damn thing couldn’t decide what to do when going uphill. Was either revving the nuts off it or changing up a gear and bogging down.

@Routy56 @Gunners . If your have a 2016-19 Navara check your top turbo hot pipe. Mine was leaking slightly and is a very common thing on this era due to the metal elbow not coping well with movement/heat expansion etc. not much point just replacing the seal apparently so found this modified new pipe with the rubber elbow instead... Nice little job to have done👍

Now that is an excellent tip (y)
I'll check mine over the weekend and report back. Only done about 42k now and engine still looks like new :cool:
