was thinking of getting a foam attachment for the bikes, esp offroad bikes with built up grime, anyone recommend a gun and what to put in it ?
Gun will prob depend on what your washer is...was thinking of getting a foam attachment for the bikes, esp offroad bikes with built up grime, anyone recommend a gun and what to put in it ?
The contactless snow foam is the way to goGun will prob depend on what your washer is...

I know...lot of shock about sidecar situation. Let's see.i predict some modification to regs maybei used to race against Mcguiness back in the 90's and bashed fairings on several occasionsstill like to have a crazy 1/2 hr but pick my places - its been a grim start this year like you say, makes you wonder how long it will last.

I'm thinking I better get there soon as it won't be here much longer, like the Dorset steam fair. I'm going to see if I can get there next year.i used to race against Mcguiness back in the 90's and bashed fairings on several occasionsstill like to have a crazy 1/2 hr but pick my places - its been a grim start this year like you say, makes you wonder how long it will last.
Speaking from experience here I can assure you that you don’t bounce like you would have done when you were 6 or 7I can only speak for myself, it doesn't feel crazy , but ive been on 2 wheels of some sort since I was 6 or 7 and dont like the groups as such.
Get across mate - there is nothing I have ever witnessed that comes close to the speed, danger and fear just from spectating! Any other motorsport looks ridiculously tame in comparison.I'm thinking I better get there soon as it won't be here much longer, like the Dorset steam fair. Got a Manx mate in Nantwich who came over to go reaseheath and didn't go back, he's 63 now. He keeps saying when am I going with himGet across mate - there is nothing I have ever witnessed that comes close to the speed, danger and fear just from spectating! It is indescribably mental, and would be exciting for anyone to watch (even if they didn’t like motorbikes!).
The real fun starts tomorrow. They’ve introduced restrictors into the inlet manifolds on the sidecars this year to slow them down (lap times have been getting faster year-on-year, and this rule theoretically slows them down to what they were achieving 10 plus years ago).
In response the teams have focused on reducing drag to maintain previous speeds, but that has had the unfortunate consequence of potentially giving massive lift over jumps.
The Crowe brothers had a really nasty crash and the footage clearly shows the issue. It’s a crappy situation but it should be resolvable for next year with a tweak of the regulations hopefully.
This. Even in the off season just go and drive the course it's mental. A lovely place as well.Get across mate - there is nothing I have ever witnessed that comes close to the speed, danger and fear just from spectating! Any other motorsport looks ridiculously tame in comparison.

yeah, or recover as well - suppose thats part of the beauty of being lucky enough to have a young start , get the majority of your bouncing done earlySpeaking from experience here I can assure you that you don’t bounce like you would have done when you were 6 or 7![]()
