I’m hoping Restore win. Reform are not the answer, too tainted.

I don't think there is an answer.
Atleast when you look at the Greeks and there supposed shambles of a government, they seem to have a relaxed lifestyle in return.
Somehow we are in a position where we get shat on from every angle.
I could deal with a s**t government in return for a 2hr sit down lunch every day and half day Friday.

It shouldn't be allowed imo.
Bunhams an elected major...finish your term..
Can't suddenly decide to run for PM halfway through...and cost the taxpayer 4.5m in the process. Utter joke. Imagine. If that was a Tory...be an absolute outcry.

Really hoping reform absolute trounce him...then he's stuffed 😂
He's also the one that wanted Manchester to be caz...the whole place from border to border and not just city centre.

Will restore actually stand against reform there ? That’s a danger as reform might not be the answer but if Labour win it they will assume that the public are right behind them

Restore Entry

Having watched Bumholes video (featuring Oasis Music) its very much Local election/PM video, trying to tell everyone else who he is oh and the obligatory Thatcher bashing to stoke up the reds

My issue is, he's not giving up as Mayor unless he gets the job, but when is he campaigning, in Mayor time or his own? everyone event he now attends as mayor between will be just all be in aid of winning Makerfield and ultimately PM.

Had a few U turns already at the weekend over re-joining Europe and looks like he enjoy jet setting like Keir too

Heard on Radio we are now buying Russian oil but we won’t drill our own

We've been buying Russian oil all along, we just like to pretend we don't 😠
Crude oil tankers coming down the English Channel, going into the Mediterranean, transferring their cargo into different tankers while out at sea, and those tankers taking it onto India to be refined. We buy refined products from India and it gets shipped back to here having been given a good wash and polish 😀

Im planning to go up Saturday to canvass for Restore. Unfortunately reform seemed to have picked a blinder of a candidate so I think Restore might struggle. Hopefully if he wins he defects at some point when he susses nige and Muhammed zia yusef out

I'm torn I love Rupert's policy's but I just feel he's watering down the reform vote ...imo they should leave this to reform. Vital that Bunham gets a trouncing.

I'd have left labour and reform to hammer each other but what do we know. Don't worry about watering down reform and just vote for what you want. I actually want what restore are offering. Reform dont go far enough for me. Others will differ.

Problem is if the restore reform vote gets split , Burnham will slide in . If burnham loses we will get a big shout for a general election

Yeah it will be interesting. My gut feeling says reform wont win this regardless because feels like their candidate is rather plucked out of a hat and makerfield have been labour since forever which gives an idea of the sort of constituents we're talking about. Only hope is they have the wherewithal to understand that Burnham is literally just using them as a stepping stone to PM and so they have a massive protest vote in reform...
