Local one here has a transit "for moving skips on awkward jobs where a full size skip wagon won't get in"Probably get away with it round here.
We have a skip company near me still using 3.5T transits with skip loaders.
A small skip company I know got one to drop out empty skips. Cheaper to run and driver didn't need an HGV licence.Local one here has a transit "for moving skips on awkward jobs where a full size skip wagon won't get in"
looks to have a decided bow in the chassis, unless it's an optical
'not getting used as dvsa waiting outside yard'
I thought that was going to snap the chassis
would've for sure without the roll on's sub chassis taking the strainI thought that was going to snap the chassis![]()
If he rolled it back a bit it would be okay.Saw this when collecting a car earlier today. Made me cringe when he was winching it on, touaregs back wheels were almost off the ground

really? is a Tuareg good for 2-2.5t?If the van is empty he would be fine towing that once it's moved back a bit
Tuareg is 3500kg towing weight. An EMPTY L3H3 MK8 transit is about 2200kg so perfectly fine to tow on any car trailer .really? is a Tuareg good for 2-2.5t?

He’s probably about right there tbh. I’d want that kind of nose weight on my hitch with that sort of load and sail area. Springs on the Touareg are going to be softer than a pickup too which probably makes it look worse. If the van is empty he would be fine towing that once it's moved back a bit
