Ditto - windows and doors open at night/evening. Then shut during the heat of the day. Loads of fans deployed.still got two 12" going, circulating the air in the house - doors wide open and the windows - proper glass thermometer outside on the wall says 23C and the c/heating thermo says 22.8C .. gonna be a warm night![]()

Big difference between an air source heat pump boiler and an A/C unit thoughOur aircon does hot and cold![]()
Yea, I’m half considering air source heat on the next new builds , oil boilers are a faf and no one around here installs them anymoreBig difference between an air source heat pump boiler and an A/C unit though![]()
If its Air to Air (A2A) then yes usually easy to run both ways. If its Air to Water then not possible unless the system designed that way, I have yet to come across a UK system built for cooling, but I expect to see it more in the future. Condensation can them become your enemy if using air to water to cool. We have Air Con in the office.. and its lovelyYes you run it in reverse.
