Deffo agree there, I've said for as long as I've driven commercial motors the transit has always been the ones I can sit in comfortably on long journeys....not so with the mk8 as they aren't padded seats like the previous versionsTransits are lovely things to sit in/drive/work out of. Mega comfortable, loads of storage space, brilliant bits of kit.
However, it is impossible to not look like a traveller in one.
always ran straight so was never an issue anyway Ollie - 7.5t for running about - 18tonner for anything bigger - hired in for even bigger loads (we won't count the ser.III from Cardiff - early 80,sThis is like turkeys voting for Christmas.
Except ths one is retired now and doesnāt have to deal with this problem now anyway
We wonāt less regulation surely not more??!!
that's more than 60% of wheel base for an overhangIn terms of being simple to work on and indestructible, itās gotta be a smiley. I had the use of this one my mates Garage had as a local runaround, none-turbo. Not the fastest but did the job and a nice body to load. Mk7ās really pushed things forward and are a nice enough place to spend a day. The seats are much nicer than the T5 equivalent!

I think okay in a van with correct colour, but a tipper transit does have a certain vibe. Itās why I went for a Movano when I bought one . First foray away from Ford .Transits are lovely things to sit in/drive/work out of. Mega comfortable, loads of storage space, brilliant bits of kit.

Imagine actually posting that š«£If you wanted a prime example of why 6 monthly MOT in exchange for no O license use of HGVs for restricted use this is it.
I think I read somewhere they're not bringing it to the UK.Kia upāing their game

Toyota's tiny, barebones IKEA pickup could be its most versatile ever
One of the most interesting concepts revealed at this year's Japan Mobility Show was also one of the simplest. It was even buried within a big, bold Toyota Group press conference in which flashier reveals dominated the world's attention. And while it may not be as posh as a rare Rolls-Royce-levelā¦newatlas.com
