Yeah that was twin axle. No ramps.

Will get a quote on a new LM 146/166 this week. Seem to be some money for used as always, so would be nice to get a comparison. Cant see the point in low level sides anymore unless its a tipper. If a flatbed they just get in the way of straps and if you dont strap it then not legal these days?

Mesh sides / ramp and a full cover net over everything is the way to go

got offered a 2024 hi spec kx027 with 200hrs for a good price off a dealer mate so thought that one can go as a package to get my money back.

Yes that’s what we use on the little trailer for work. Mesh sides used to be enough to feel like you were complying. Tarps now as well :-(

I paid 4,3 plus vat in Dec 22 for my twin axle LM146 with LED and ally ramps. Best all round trailer I've had .
Proper jack of all trades .
Unless you desperate for triaxle I went off advice on here and went twin no regrets tows ace I regularly do two hours round trip on mway with shall we say "decent weight" on board. And yet still nimble enough for tight single lane and single gates.

I've not listed anything on ebay in a long time, so not familiar with the current system

I think ...it's buyer protection fee as he's listed as a private seller.
It will show price breakdown in basket iirc.

Bad timing or I’d be coming for a look, although not sure on the kx027 but worth a test drive

Be interested to know if what 3.5t tip trailer is anyone use 1? And whether would be any good for TB016

Run the big 12x6 tipper with in bed lashing points, only use it for 1.2 and 1.6 ton machines but have had the kx71-3 on at 2800kg but trailer weighs 1020kg so best part of 4 ton

Move dumpers and other stuff on it, ramps dead easy to use just annoying you have to take tail gate off

So if just plant use my big 13x6.6 plant trailer with full ramp and use that to move 3 ton as lower c/g tows well on it.

The big tipper tows beautiful and is nimble to reverse I back it into my narrow ish drive off the road every night

Can see with bigger machines sit so much better on proper plant trailer

But if only having 1 the tipper is a great jack of all trades, need the winch mount for mine though and 12v winch had to use tirfor other day pull big mixer on
