WTF is the world coming to?

I like coming to this forum because it's an oasis of professionals in a sea of cowboys. And nothing says cowboy more than turning up to work in sweatpants.

We Brits are the laughing stock of everyone else in Europe, and for good reason. Whether it's what we wear in the workplace, or how we conduct ourselves on a foreign holiday, a sizeable amount of us are just scum. Bring on the revoloution I say!

Can’t really see the issue lad who I work with a notoriously dirty quite often dressed like he’s off to clean cars but is by far the hardest working and someone I never have to worry about work wise

sadly he's probably the exception .... this apparel is more usually the 'uniform' of the great unwashed, unemployable ... but I would add ... my BIL also loves 'em for their comfort .. and he's as hard working as they come

I’ve given this lad hoards of uniform and I reckon it’s the same one Monday to Friday 🤣 he gets a bit of grief but then we all do for our various foibles, think the moral of the story is not to judge a book by its cover

Dewalt are good because they don't split underneath your bollocks. Different stitching design to most

Having got into wearing kneepad trousers I can't go without now it's too easy to kneel down without thinking and it hurts.

I did wear cheap jeans at one point but when I was killing a pair after a couple of days it had to stop

Yup. I usually wear scruffs, but I feel naked working without knee pads.
