do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
I think there were a few builders merchants looking into it but I think most of the users would be cluckwits. Imagine some of the transit brigade!
It doesn't work out much cheaper but for tank bases and awkward areas it works better for us. Pump and 3m3 would have been 1k!
when you add in the possible access issues it sounds more attractive doing your own, at your own convenience.

My local firm have done it with card machine wot mix, but can have clean out issues etc if not used regularly.

There used to be a merchant with a volley body on concrete Lego blocks doing 1/2m3 popular with council lads kerbing etc

Depending on your setup I think a static mounted pan mixer could be very useful. Especially if you already keep bays of materials

My mate tried it with this pan mixer setup but again wash out between jobs was a hassle, always a volley in yard so just wind it out one of them.

Yep but only in those scenarios and not in most cases ..we've never been in a pump it situation and did lots of years of mixing curb mix on site and when I clicked onto getting dry on a truck it made it no end easier.

Fun one with bitumen pipe today in undercroft no power around, will be back to redo it all next year.

FYI bitumen pipe has asbestos in it, cut with battery recip under water flow with respirator on, don’t grind/stihl saw it.

Denso tape and silicone previous repair attempt!

Milwaukee pump is ace but 2amp hour m12 don’t cut it will upgrade

Battery tools great now, cut out concrete and broke out with flex volt kit

Slightly annoying cat scan genny batteries went 14 x d cells! Ffs get with modern times no
Chance of getting any out in the peaks! Might try wire up a dewalt battery adapter into it. 14 is obscene.

6 amp battery on the stick pump is good. And use a 3/4" camlock with 3/4" hose as it is way less restrictive so you will get better flow rate and longer run time :)
