Bucket Repairs

Was in the region of 8 or so grand should last another good 4 or 5 years now though. Was originally build in 2007 and last 2 machines with some repairs and addition of wear straps.

thanks for sharing that .... it's some bucket ..... and a fair old machine it goes on .... must take some hammer ..... machine's **** all use without it

Some before and after’s of a bucket repair we had done the other year sent it away to MST to be overhauled, they build a good strong bucket . Quarrying rock is very abrasive, buckets off a 55 ton Cat 345.

Didnt some of the older european buckets have a cutting edge on the back so you coupd use the back of the bucket
Not a wear plate but a protruding bucket edge

Yes had one on an atlas duck about 20 years back, on a ditching bucket

Miller used to do one like that. Nice to grade with before grading beams.

Nice Liebherr tilt bucket with back edge
