This is in it at the mo.
Had multi meter on it after taking it off and reading 12.76.
Gonna take another reading on Monday morning

Just rule out the battery by attaching a jump pack.
Check the battery terminals and all earth straps for corrosion as this will cause slow cranking.

Yes I have a charger / starter I was going to do that Monday.
Because it was a bit warmer this morning (10 degrees) it started fine.
5 degrees the other morning and i thought it wasnt going to go..
I'm suspecting no preheat, altho I checked fuse and relay with multimeter and appear to be working..
So why are certain lights on the dash not working , I.e glow plug, hand brake, crab steer , rear wheel alignment?
Do these bulbs complete a circuit?
Sorry to sound ameteur ( I am in this respect)

If a lot of dash lights aren't working I'd be checking the dash earth (s)
The bulbs don't neccesarily complete a circuit, the glow plug circuit is probably 30 amps! Instead they are relay driven or driven from the same signal that drives the selected command.

Keeping it simple, you`ve found the battery and got a meter, turn the ignition on and read the battery voltage, turn the key to the heat position hold it there and read the voltage again (you may need someone to help) it the heater plugs are working, there should be noticeable voltage drop.

thers one big earth on them behind the cab next to the boom ,its a one piece tray under neath and the main big bolts holding the cab on do come loose ,but on mine i had similar issues ,had starter done, checked every thing ,but no good ,changed (what i thought was a good battery )for the biggesy varta i could get in there and problem solved

Presumably you will only be giving advice to people from now on who have pristine machinery ??

If you'd have done what I said you'd be well on the way to having it fixed it by now.
Instead you keep asking, hoping that someone will say 'replace this fuse mate, problem solved'.
Plant doesn't work like that.
