Yep changed that, but much happier this morning as just done a couple of hours work with it and it’s quietened right down and no vibration through the levers, going to change the suction filter anyway just as a precaution don’t know why I didn’t do it when I changed the oil. They do look a bit dirty, could be that the pilot filter is the same, have you checked that?

Seams like the 4000hrs Takeuchi recommend their hydraulic fluid is good for is a bit misleading as it’s only done 3200? Admittedly over 7 years?
Any way fingers crossed the problems solved and it’s not done to much long term damage.
I do remember hiring a crusher bucket from some bloke in Ireland a few years agoGood result,
Do you use many attachments with it? The more tou use attachments the more often id change the hydraulic oil.
Yea, but if you have a hammer etc on regular its worth changing it earlier toI do remember hiring a crusher bucket from some bloke in Ireland a few years ago,
, that probably worked the oil hard.

So many moving parts in that front end, but they come into their own on a tight site, fortunately changing the Hyd fluid seems to have cured my problem. Our tb180fr has had problems with the limit switch wiring had rubbed near bottom of arm and was stopping boom working properly
We had arm off ours for 7 weeks or more all new pins and loads of work nightmare when they go wrong but yes great on a tight siteSo many moving parts in that front end, but they come into their own on a tight site, fortunately changing the Hyd fluid seems to have cured my problem.
How many hours had it done ?We had arm off ours for 7 weeks or more all new pins and loads of work nightmare when they go wrong but yes great on a tight site
The sample would be in the site glass clear good, gold ok, brown change! At what point does oil sampling become practical or cost effective?
