Probably 1/2" but have seen 3/4" on micros so.....

well it's 1/2" BSP = nominal bore ..... it's the DN06/08 that gets my goat ... need a pretty comprehensive chart to make sense of the DN numbers

Is there some sort of chart for the dn specs? It would be handy to offer something up to a fitting to know what it actually is for mongos like me!

Jcb has always been 1/2in flow and 3/4 return.Lil' Jake (8015) has both
They will run just fine on 1/2in return. Was always easier swapping machine fitting than attachments.

That's what it has at the moment dn06 on feed and dn08 on return bobcat has dn08 fittings I expect they are dn06 I will get a Vernier out and measure them

None of that makes any sense.
Hq16 hasn’t a thread identifier.
And hq12 can be 1/2” or 3/4@
And hq10 can be 3/8 or 1/2” but they haven’t even listed 3/8” there.
And they can all also be JIC or metric threads too!
This is what iso or DN standards are for ffs.

Let’s face it, your still just going to buy one of everything knowing at least something will fit , but justify the expense by having spares in stock is a good thing
(yes I have a tub full of fittings, and it’s been handy afew times!)

The DN or ISO standards aren't perfect either, as you know, the DN/ISO number only refers to the flat face coupling size, with no reference to its pipe size.
But agreeded, on second sight that chart is not the best.

I've always went by the body size, what I would class standard 1/2" body and 1/2" thread etc, I ordered a load of flowfit last year, 1/2"-1/2" and 3/4" - 3/4". what came was 1/2" body 3/8 thread. Thought a s**t, my mistake.... not to worry il still use them.
went back on line and made sure to order what I wanted..... only for the same thing to happen again
called them up and explained the crack and they told me what I got was correct?Now I know my fittings, and they weren't! asked a load of other guys what they would call them and all said the same..... so haven't bought any of flowfit again
