"you're nicked my son" ..... anything entering or travelling on a motorway must be capable of sustaining a minimum of 40mph .... a lot of mobile cranes technically should not travel on motorways, as they are not able to sustain the minimum speed required ... dog slow on the banksI didn't get a photo of it but 8 o'clock this morning coming round M25 and had to check the satnav to see if I had dazzled off and turned onto an a road as there is a fastrac with digger and dumper on trailer coming round the other carriageway
