Had several discussions over the years regarding mobile homes when we used to supply and erect them. There is nowhere in the planning act that states they have to move. They just need t capable of being moved. Upset many a Planning Enforcement Officer when I was able to quote case law!!guy I know who used to build chicken sheds did that to get around planning .... as long as they were mobile and moved a foot a year he got around it. No Idea how he sealed them to the floor though. Currently doing life in Caerdiff nick for strangling his bit on the side
Another guy put an old railway guards van in his garden and the wheels had to do one full revolution a year to avoid planning, so laid an extra 8ft of track that it sat on and shunts it from one end to the other ... planning actually comes out and checks he has regularly

Vicki and Chris's new hutch completed at noon today - at last .....
picked up the keys late afternoon - Vicki on a course 'til three and Chris at Clara's harvest festival service, then pick up Harper from her Friday nursery.
Hope the out-goers left the place clean and tidy, as contracted, crap free and a rose / pendant light in all they've removed ..... or they'll be getting invoiced for any hassles
weekend'll be spent relocating a houseful of stuff
