which you'll have paid for up front in the purchase price :(
And with another 10-12% added as the finance rate for those too, the service plan and mot finance could have paid for a few proper services 🤣 unless you buy cash of course. The warranty seem to be worth sfa, they’ll squirrel out of anything if they can, the services are at over inflated prices and I’ve found pre marked filters not changed etc. from my experience any time I’ve been to main dealer for service as part of a package it needs lots of other wear and tear items not covered by plan etc and the whole thing feels like a rouse to get you on to sell you more work. I’d much prefer they knocked 10 grand off and said ‘good luck, your on your own’ as you drive off

To be honest I’ve never had a problem with any kind of warranty claim on any car or plant, any issues have always been sorted promptly and professionally.. and always with a hire car /digger while work is being done - I can’t imagine it being any different with VW.
It’s amazing how quickly things get resolved when you park said vehicle across the dealership’s entrance in a morning…. 😉

You must look a lot more menacing than me 😀 I’ve had nothing but poor experiences and pretty much everyone one I know has the same.

Have to say I've got on ok with VW but tbf we have a small fleet and know the lads well.
Had a bad experience some years back with an engine....non warranty...involving copious amounts of river 🫣🫣 they did a sterling job getting a new short block sorted asap and insurance coughed up.

Mainly the reason I've gone amarok as I hear nothing but crap about local ford dealers...

The service side of the Isuzu dealer were useless when I had my Dmax, so it went once the first 3yrs warranty were up as dread to think what they would be like outside of it.

So, maybe not factory spec but should be a beast!

Engine was available in the q7, mate has one that needed a recall for rear brakes, was something stupid like 12k of work carried out at no cost new rear calipers, discs and carbon ceramic discs
