Hi I’ve got a jcb loadall 530-120 on a 1994 All hydraulics have given up with a noise being made, had new parka pump fitted and sprocket still no different. Any suggestions?

Relief valve relieving all the time might fit those symptoms.

No idea mate but if your fitter knows what he's doing he should probably have checked this before replacing the pump!!!

Relief valve relieving all the time might fit those symptoms.

possibly a piece of pump keeping it open (or a rubber crumb from a hose internal at that age) ........... got the tee shirt for rubber crumbs causing issues with valves

Simple enough system on those machines! Have you checked the basics.... is the pump definitely get oil? Had it got oil in the tank? I think they have a tank strainer to

Has it got any electrical interlocks for example seat switch or on my bobcat restraint bar I had a dodgy bit of wiring that was causing my bypass safety valve to stay open so I could not lift the arms the noise sounds like when you try to turn too much one way on a power steering system

oil squeezing through a PRV (pressure relief valve)

Yes that’s the sound like power steering on full lock

Almost certainly prv or safety valve although I had the pump inlet pipe collapse on my digger once which sounded similar

Our 2002 loadall went the damper plate but it had no drive then either so wouldn't think this is your issue
