i got done 25 quid in 1976 for being 100% overloaded on a twin wheel transit that i used to dig and load and unload by hand digging house footings. i was young and fit but the 25 quid was a weeks wages lost but i did not get any endorsements back then it was not classed as a motoring offence but a civil one so i was told i honestly did not think it was that badly overloaded it did have a fair sized body and i didnt have that much idea how heavy sticky wet clay was, i never drove the pick up again after that once bitten and all that!

Followed this one home today. Not a strap in site. Could see clear to the blade and over the tracks so pretty sure no digga lock. It's a local company so might call em tomorrow and let them know that an employee is taking short cuts. Probably the boss driving though. I took photo with cradle mounted phone whilst stopped in traffic. Probably breaking the law doing that as well....
