Every jcb machine has a different bloody sump plug on it, some of ours has the fancy no spill tube and some are just tiny sumps plugs then the kubotas have huge monster plugs!It's about time jcb started fitting a decent drain plug in their sumps.

I am working for a construction company in Sweden and we often hear the following claim from various countries.
The idea is that this tool is for:
For supervisors/foremen or managers overseeing a high turnover of operators. Who need to feel confident operational directives are understood.
This tool will seamlessly create and communicate the vital message your operators need, in their native language, in just a few clicks.
I’d really appreciate your input or feedback, if you could spare the time.

- There are not enough highly competent (even mediocre) operators out there.
- Operators move from company to company more for competitive pay
- Employing operators that don't have command of the local language is on the rise.

Better still I can translate foreign language text I don't know, automatically discover what language it's in and the English translation

Plus, for new staff they can send a "Playback" of the material rather than spending half their time answering the same old questions for new staff.

Google will give you a lot of info, no question but to get the exact info the site manager needs it will take a lot of collection and fixing.

Here's the issue.
The reputable companies that want staff to be safe, literate and understand the speil will either already have a system, or better yet not be using staff who don't understand the lingo.
The disreputable ones won't care.

So for example ADT drivers, are coming from job agencies (Big shock to me when I heard it) and more and more of them are coming from eastern Europe. So site managers/foremen are spending more time not holding hands than actually getting down to business. So this tool is to help site managers with the repetitive task of delivering the same "Speil" to new drivers.
