It's about time jcb started fitting a decent drain plug in their sumps.
Every jcb machine has a different bloody sump plug on it, some of ours has the fancy no spill tube and some are just tiny sumps plugs then the kubotas have huge monster plugs! It's about time jcb started fitting a decent drain plug in their sumps.
He's spent a few a quid on lights![]()
So your creating some kind of firearm?Hi all, I am new to the forum.
Apologies if this is not in the right category but this could be a new tool albeit a digital one. Would love to hear your expert opinions...
site-lingo.com
I am working for a construction company in Sweden and we often hear the following claim from various countries.
- Good heavy equipment operators/drivers are hard to find and harder to keep!
- There are not enough highly competent (even mediocre) operators out there.
- Operators move from company to company more for competitive pay
- Employing operators that don't have command of the local language is on the rise.
The idea is that this tool is for:
For supervisors/foremen or managers overseeing repetitive driver or staff replacement. Who need to feel confident operational directives are understood.
This tool will seamlessly create and communicate the vital message your operators need, in their native language, in just a few clicks.
I’d really appreciate your input or feedback, if you could spare the time.

I can do exactly what you want to do on Google translate.Sorry JD450A, I don't follow.
Already exists I'm afraid our company health and safety portal has all that and moreFair enough. Well thanks a million for replying at least, I do appreciate it.
I guessed "we already have this - see google" was coming
The idea was to have a tool where a site/plant hire company can log all of their safety documentation, risk assessments, maps, videos and verbal instructions and visualize which operators have read and been tested to check they have understood all of the directions. Plus, for new staff they can send a "Playback" of the material rather than spending half their time answering the same old questions for new staff.
The language translation part is a, "by the way, it can be translated"
Google will give you a lot of info, no question but to get the exact info the site manager needs it will take a lot of collection and fixing.
