Hamster juice morning .. don't often get any 'effects', but this morning could've been 'better', so didn't feel much like doing much for a while ... was gone four by the time I developed any enthusiasm for anything other than a few more pain killers.
got the seat out of lil' Jake and the arm rest cover off ..... way easier than t'other side was

decided where to place the change over switch which was accessible and no risk of encountering the existing wiring with a drill bit ... got a 14 mm into it and then opened up with a tapered reamer to 19.2 (weird size, I know)
got me boxes of crimps out
can never have enough --
and some bits of wire, sussed the horn's wiring, then chopped into that .... switch positioned ..
and wired in
very nice silicone sheathed wire from the push button ... cable tied to stop anything wandering and chafing
I'm not the first to have been in here and was in a while back replacing the immobiliser, last year .
buttoned it all back together and I now have 6x2 diverter control on the stick's button (or horn, if I change over on the newly installed switch - that'll be default when there's now't attached to the 6x2)
and it all worked a treat ... must remember to have the stick back in a neutral position, 'fore letting go of the button though ... I'll get used to it ... 's much like my VA-r control ... oil flow needs to stop before letting go of a motion button or it's a bit 'clunky'
little vid for you all
now if I could just make it swivel, under its own steam

Check valve arrives by Fedex in the morning between 08.30 and 12.30, according to their text this evening

... but it's back to school and kids' day tomorrow, so not a lot will get done tomorrow
