JCB HTD05 Dumster. Tacking and lowering problems

Hi all. I'm having some problems with my dumpster and i could do with some help please.

When the Dumper is loaded it struggles to turn, but will drive fine moving forwards and backwards
it also struggles to lower to but if you use the left track leaver at the same time as the lower leaver it will lower fine and the track will only start to move after the skip is down
if you try to do the same with the lower leaver and the right track the skip stays up and the track moves as it should.

if the dumper is off and the skip is up, it also wont lower under its own weight ( witch i would have thought it would do)

I have fitted 2 new track motors to it and now i am out of ideas.
I cant see any crushed pipes either.

Any thoughts are appreciated

Probably valve block. Have you tried changing the hydraulic filter and oil.

They all struggle to turn when loaded I generally use boards helps break traction but also saves churning the ground up but still requires feathering the levers.
As for left track not working when lowering the skip the flow must be shared as they are all the same (or at least the ones I have used)

When changing the track motors how many hoses did you undo on each motor?

Hi the Motors was changed 3 months apart. and i only took the 2 hoses off that are connect direct to the motor

Ok so not 2 speed motors! Internal case drain, so it is looking like a service issue in the valve block, photos of valve block if you can!

i Services the dumper a few weeks back so all the filters are new and the oil.

surely they should turn with out a fight though?

Yes they should be a positive forward and backward motion

Turning power on the htd5 has always been a massive weak point, which generally requires feathering levers back and forwards at times to turn when loaded

But the power on each motor should be equally weak!

New valve block when new, made no real difference. Always put it down to how they are

Bolted to the engine are there two pumps or three?

Behind the engine is bolt the pumps, can you get me a picture of them?

There's a bolt either side at the rear below where the engine bolts if you undo these and you can slide the whole thing back 100mm or so

Looking at the levers, it has a two speed lever, is it connected to the valve?

No. There is nothing going to it
