yep - if you can't see the generator, you don't have to account for the emissions.

Last year at Glastobury and I am sure it will happen again this year they had a row of diesel generators running to provide charging for the Green Liberals that all go to the festival, At least they all feel good for driving there in their Tesla milk floats! never mind the emissions used to provide the charging power for them to get back home!

Yes and no...how many folk actually check what they agreeing to when they click accept T&C's...bit like most apps etc...they can access a helluva lot. Tik tok is a current example.that has got to be contravening privacy law some how

I've got a suggestion for that.
I run a little prog called EULAyser - you copy your EULA and drop it in. The prog then searches for key words and phrases likely to indicate they don't have your best interests as a priority.
It's not bullet proof, but may find something on page 36 that you'd miss.

Tbh welfare units and office setups are quite rightly crying out for battery power and have been for years..... agreed, but claiming their greenwash credentials from what is a hugely resource hungry manufacturing process is utter bollox ... yet another transfer of responsibility .... FFS get a main laid in ... 's gonna have to have one ultimately, so should be the first thing done on any site .. end of !
