Got any photos of the hitch please. Do you have spanner’s?Hi the dealer did its a geith

Are you thinking the hitch circuit is plumbed through the bucket crowd lines?Got any photos of the hitch please. Do you have spanner’s?
Yes and I had a geith hitch causing the same problem on a U48, the hitch ram leaked internally so the bucket service leaked through the hitch! Are you thinking the hitch circuit is plumbed through the bucket crowd lines?

he had the machine parked in yard still paying the financeif it's who I'm thinking of, he got shot and slags the Doosan at every opportunity .. we have a member here who has had similar issues with Doosanand IIRC has unloaded his too ? he may comment?
he's an accomplished sh*t kicker/stirrer for sure .... and often gets results ... ppl do not like being shown up in linked inI think he means expect a phone call early next week…. Rory certainly kicks up a stink when he wants too![]()
I can do when i finally get it back from there wokshop hahaOk can you find blanks for the quick hitch hoses? When they are blanked off, try your bucket see if you have the same fault!
Why are saying they still have it?I can do when i finally get it back from there wokshop haha
Thanks you obv know what your talking about when i took it in at 60hrs with the slew prob 4 weeks later they said it was due to how they had piped the q hitch up! Its supposed to be due back mon so ill be intouchOk if it was piped up to the hammer or bi direction auger circuit it could work if! 1 it’s getting flow from a co joined P1 and P2 but also different slice on the valve block, 2 the bucket cylinder internals are damaged in some way, the fact you say you had slew left and right issues points to it being pilot oil supply problems.
Ok when you get it back we can do a few checks via this forum![]()
They tried a new ram from a sk58 and it was no better so it carnt be the ram and the fitter said p1 and p2 worked seperate not joint so molsons told him to strip the block and also pop out valves but found no faults. The slewing problem occurred at 60hrs so they parked it up but a day later when i came to take it in as they had no transport the slewing was fine but it would only track on one sideOk if it was piped up to the hammer or bi direction auger circuit it could work if! 1 it’s getting flow from a co joined P1 and P2 but also different slice on the valve block, 2 the bucket cylinder internals are damaged in some way, the fact you say you had slew left and right issues points to it being pilot oil supply problems.

I can askP1 & P2 are normally separate, with the exception of when X1 is used (hammer circuit) the flow from both sides of the pump are used in the block for hammer or Auxiliary use. I am guessing that if they are saying they had piped up the hitch incorrectly to start with, then the issues with tracking, slew and bucket are probably all connected by a pilot issue, can you get a full report of all work done?
and WTF have they done with it now??????P1 & P2 are normally separate, with the exception of when X1 is used (hammer circuit) the flow from both sides of the pump are used in the block for hammer or Auxiliary use. I've no idea what linked in is really but you wonder why they join in the first placehe's an accomplished sh*t kicker/stirrer for sure .... and often gets results ... ppl do not like being shown up in linked in![]()
