This toolbox is great ..Plenty of room for grease gun straps shackles - what's not great it the fact when you wanna get in it for a strap or shackle you need to stop the machine and take key out which is not so good....having a second key somewhere isn't ideal ..for us it needs to simply turn for access and locking not a necessity but can't stick out for obvious reasons.
Can you buy a turning setup that fits flush ? AND DOESN'T NEED A KEY

So we've exposed this chamber it is leaking grd water in due to the ground pressure and lack of concrete. There is no base under it so everything is moving.
We are going to take it out install a base. Then thinking of using a concrete 1m high ring with the current chamber inside and concrete the void between the chamber and ring to try and keep costs down.
Anyone see an issue with this.
The concrete pipe is redundant.
Water level is around 100mm above the top of main pipe at present

I'm guessing the aim is to not have to concrete the whole excavation ??

Get your hands on some 8mm corrugated plastic sheets, correx/beamform whatever you want to call it, and some 150mm deck chair mesh spacers.
Place deck chairs vertically against chamber
Wrap with corrugated sheets
Secure with tying wire
Fill between chamber and sheets with semi dry
Backfill hole at same time

I keep meaning to pop into the factory we work at and grab some 700mm - 800mm ducting, split it weld some straps with bolts and use to surround 460mm Ics for concreting

I've never had any trouble backfilling simultaneously with concrete and crush. Build concrete up well compacted with a trowel. Then crush put in with trench compactor. And repeat. More time consuming but I doubt it comes close to the cost of a concrete ring.

Be à fair thing for the bulk of our work when it gets tilty on.
I like it as much as anything I've driven in a long time, only gripe would be that after the Kubota it
feels like boom ram is 50mm too short but I will no doubt stop noticing that at some point.
Oh and some proper footings on this erm ....extension.

How deep is that chamber? Got to be on the limit for maximum depth at that size ring!

Although 450mm chambers can be installed at a much bigger depth than 1.5m they very rarely are, as rodding becomes much more difficult at this depth. Because of this, chambers are usually used in any modern installation as access points.

They did offer when machine was still in uk but lead time was too long, I've since messaged them but got no response.
Might not be the ultimate but I fancy 4 or 6 pipe and keep the machines sticks - so I could easy swop over.

Yep it's slightly over i think but the client wants to go with this. We've put so many runs right its ridiculous. This was a branch capped off with 2 bricks, other end leading to a downpipe then onto a toilet, all feeding to the old sceptic tank
