I wonder how you create a fuel collective.
Food for thought.
Yes, quite agree. I dismissed fuel cards for years, been one of the better things I've done

Yup just ask for two cards. Get them to print digger on one and van on the other .I'm looking into getting one now.
The only downside I can see is that if the bill comes on one invoice I can't separate out what I've spent on the van and the digger.
Any suggestions for this? Two cards?
You obviously don't need to fill up at services thenstill pants down prices
Invoiced weeklyI was thinking along the lines of having two separate transactions leave my bank acct as this is passed through to the accountancy software allowing me to allocate one to the running costs of the van and one to the job I'm on at the time.
If it all gets lumped on one invoice I would have to separate it manually which is a pain.
So I could get one card for the van and one for the plant.
Are these cards monthly invoice or pay as you go?
Usually take registration number if plant ask them to put that insteadI'm looking into getting one now.

They dint give a ff what reg you give them...For mine they ask vehicle reg and mileage (never bother giving mileage) so you’d just fill up one first give them info for that then a separate transaction with different reference for second.
Nope but you can ask if they don't or just make a noteThey dint give a ff what reg you give them...![]()
Yes but it's handy at times for various reasons....Nope but you can ask if they don't or just make a note
You can either use reg numbers orI'm looking into getting one now.

On my accounts package I can split a payment to more than one use.I was thinking along the lines of having two separate transactions leave my bank acct as this is passed through to the accountancy software allowing me to allocate one to the running costs of the van and one to the job I'm on at the time.
