Yeah but they have different cabs to the one you posted or at least the usb deffo has and that's the horrible part. There was an 85us for sale on FB the other day. They are also reduced tailswing which I know many on here dislike

You spottted the twin hoist rams ! Maybe they use the same cab on both machines .

I dislike , but if I want an 8 tonner with a boom up the side of the cab If I rule out zero swing machines there will be nothing to pick from . It’s slim pickings as it is

I haven't driven the us but the usb is fast powerful lifts really well but the cab is ridiculous. I can happily sit in the Hitachi zx65 all day but the 85usb cab is unbearable.
Another thing is if you are still wanting to move on a hookloader a Hitachi will be to heavy for an 18t so will have to 26t

Yes it’s a bit of a battle , what machine would go on what lorry .
The reality is it’s the machines that do the work so I should buy the right machine first then worry about what lorry after . It might even mean that the lorry only moves the small stuff and then handy for loads of aggregate and I need to buy in haulage for the bigger plant .

Apparently it’s non ce .
The engine is a Mitsubishi the pumps look like Kawasaki, I don’t know if the controls inside the cab are the same as a hitachi though and I don’t know what engines and pumps hitachi are using in 8 tonners at the moment

I don't know what engine the zx70 ran but mitsubishi sounds familiar. The last time I drove a zx70 was 3years ago but from The cab in that video looks very familiar apart from the heater and radio controls being modern in the vid.


Just seen one of these on FB. If your lucky you might just need to buy a Christmas cracker

Yes..but it's now replaced with UKCA so from one farse to another but if you export you need to get both done basically
